摘要
通过对韶钢低压饱和蒸汽余热利用机组进行全面分析与判断,阐述了机组真空急剧下降的原因,制定相应的措施,解决了蒸汽携带大量不凝结性气体影响机组真空的问题。
Through comprehensive analysis and judgment of the waste heat low-pressure saturated steam power generator unit at Shaoguan Steel,the causes of a vacuum sharp drop in the unit were discussed and corresponding measures were formulated,which has solved the problem of vacuum in the unit being affected by large amount of non-condensable gases carried in the steam.
