摘要
大包回转台作为连铸机钢坯铸造流程中极为重要的装置,它承接着生产完毕的钢水包,并将钢水包中的钢水准确无误的浇筑到拉钢区域。若在浇筑过程中水口无法及时关闭,很容易造成钢水洒落平台,对操作人员及设备造成巨大伤害。通过对现场操作箱、大包回转变频器、PLC柜、动作程序进行全面优化改造,以PLC自动控制技术为基础,全面解决了此类事故的发生问题。
As an extremely important device in the billet casting process of a continuous casting machine,the ladle turret bears the ladle full of liquid steel and pours the steel into the pulling zones accurately.If the nozzle can not be closed in time during pouring,molten steel can easily spatter onto the platform and cause serious harms to equipment as well as operators.Through overall optimizing transformation of the on-site operation box,turret inverter,PLC cabinet and action program based on PLC automatic control technology,the occurrence of such accidents was completely prevented.
