转型升级背景下海南省医学院校校地、校企合作模式的建构

Construction of School and Government,School and Enterprise Cooperation Mode of Medical Universities in Hainan Province Under Background of Transformation and Upgrading

随着社会经济的发展,人才需求的改变和高等教育结构的调整,地方高校纷纷转型升级。目前海南省医学院校在校地、校企合作模式上存在着定位不准、合作规模不能满足需求,校地、校企合作广度和深度不够等问题。应积极探索以政府为主导,高校和企业或医疗机构为行动主体,搭建以专业设置、人才培养、师资队伍建设和实践教学为抓手的培养模式,构建外部政策环境、资源支持、产业衔接、用人单位反馈和学生就业五方面相互协调的"1245"的合作模式。

With the development of social economy,the change of the demand for talents and the adjustment of the structure of higher education,the local colleges and universities have transformed and upgraded.This paper explored the cooperation mode innovation of school and government,school and enterprise of medical colleges and universities in Hainan Province.At present,there are some problems in the cooperative mode of Hainan medical colleges,such as the positioning is inaccuracy,the scale of cooperation can not meet the needs,and the breadth and depth of school and enterprise cooperation is not enough.We should actively explore the training mode taking the government as the lead,the universities and enterprises or medical institutions as the main body of action,with speciality setting,personnel training,teaching team construction and practice teaching as the tongs.We should do a good job in the coordinated“1245”cooperation mode of the five aspects of the external policy environment,resource support,industrial cohesion,feedback from the employers and the students'employment.
