上海某医联体医患双方对双向转诊的认知调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Recognition of Doctors and Patients on Two-Way Referral in A Medical Consortium in Shanghai

目的调查分析上海某医联体双向转诊工作现状,为进一步深入开展双向转诊工作提供科学依据。方法以问卷调查的形式调查上海市某医联体所辖医疗机构临床医师及就诊患者对双向转诊制度的认同度、了解度,以及对实施影响因素的看法。结果对双向转诊制度的认同度方面,患者较医师认同度更高(P<0.05);了解度方面,医师较患者知晓率更高(P<0.05);影响因素方面,宣传度、患者对基层医疗机构医疗技术的信任度、就诊体验方便性,以及政策、奖励机制及信息化程度,是影响双向转诊发展的重要原因。结论双向转诊制度建设存在的问题主要集中在医患双方对双向转诊制度的认同度不高,医疗机构尚未形成规范化的激励制度及政策支撑,以及信息化平台薄弱等。

Objective To investigate the status quo of two-way referral in a medical consortium in shanghai and provide scientific evidence for further deepening the two-way referral work.Methods By questionnaire survey,the recognition,understanding,and opinion on application influencing factors of the two-way referral among clinical doctors and patients were investigated in a medical consortium in shanghai.Results Patients approved of two-way referral much more than doctors(P<0.05).Doctors learnt about two-way referral much more than patients(P<0.05).The influencing factors of implementing included publicity,trust,convenience,policy and informatization.Conclusion The existing problems of two-way referral focused on insufficient recognition,incomplete normalized incentive system and policy support in medical Institutions,and weak information platform.
