摘要
目的通过对四川省农村县、乡两级医疗卫生机构的卫生人力资源满意度现状及主要问题进行调查,为制定农村卫生人力资源政策提供决策依据。方法根据人均GDP情况,分层随机抽样选取3个样本县,通过问卷调查以及深入访谈法对样本县卫生人力资源满意度状况进行调查。结果农村卫生人力资源满意度评分偏低,收入水平维度最低,且县级医疗卫生机构满意度普遍低于乡镇卫生院。结论根据卫生人员的切实需求,制定可行的政策,以留住农村卫生人力资源。
Objective To investigate the current satisfaction status and main problems of rural health human resource in county and township hospitals in Sichuan,to provide evidence for policy and decision making.Methods According to per capita GDP,three counties were selected by stratified random sampling method for questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.Results The rural health human resources’satisfaction score was low with the lowest dimension of income level,and the satisfaction of the county health institutions was generally lower than that of the township hospitals.Conclusion The workable policies should be developed to retain rural health human resources according to their practical needs.
