内镜下不同止血方法在非静脉曲张性消化道出血治疗中的效果比较

Curative effect comparison of different endoscopic hemostatic methods in the treatment of non-varicose vein gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨比较内镜下不同止血方法在非静脉曲张性消化道出血治疗中的作用。方法从某院随机选取179例非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者作为研究对象,并根据其内镜下止血方法不同而分为5组,其中31例采用喷洒止血法(A组)、35例采用注射止血法(B组)、33例采用微波止血法(C组)、39例采用钛夹止血法(D组)、41例采用联合止血法(E组),比较其治疗效果。结果 E组在止血效果总有效率(97.56%)及患者满意度(95.12%)方面,均明显高于其他各组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下不同止血方法对非静脉曲张性消化道出血均有不错止血效果,但内镜下多种止血方法联合应用可取得更为显著的止血效果,且还有助于提升患者满意度,故临床应综合考量选取适宜的止血方法。

Objective To compare the effects of different endoscopic hemostatic methods in the treatment of non-varicose vein gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 179 patients with non-varicose vein gastrointestinal bleeding treated in a hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into five groups according to the difference of hemostatic methods.31 cases(Group A)were given sprinkling hemostasia;35 cases(Group B)were given injection hemostasia;33 cases(Group C)were given microwave hemostasia;39 cases(Group D)were given titanium clip hemostasia;41 cases(Group E)were give joint application of the above methods of hemostasia.The effects of these methods were compared.Results The hemosasia effective rate and patients'satisfaction rate of group E were 97.56%and 95.12%respectively,significantly higher than those of the other groups and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different hemostasia methods are all effective in the treatment of endoscopic non-varicose vein gastrointestinal bleeding,with the joint application of different hemostasia method the best.It also enhanced patients'satisfaction.Therefore,a comprehensive consideration should be taken of the methods of hemostasia in clinical application.
