脑缺血再灌注动物模型的制备涉及动物的种类,脑缺血部位、缺血面积以及是否复合其他疾病等多种因素。同时,中医药防治缺血性脑血管病的疗效及机理研究中,复合中医证型的脑缺血再灌注模型也亟待规范。因脑缺血再灌注机制复杂,各种类脑缺血再灌注模型的制备,必须充分考虑各类模型的优缺点,根据不同实验类型和目的针对性的选择动物模型。

The preparation of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion animal models involve multiple factors including the specie of animal,the site of cerebral ischemia,the area of ischemia,and the complication of other diseases.At the same time,in the study of therapeutic effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on ischemic cerebrovascular disease,the model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion combined with TCM syndrome should be standardized.Due to the complexity of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mechanism,for the preparation of various cerebral ischemia-reperfusion models,the advantages and disadvantages of various models must be fully considered,and the animal models should be selected according to different experimental types and purposes.
