Application of Real-time Three-dimensional Transesophageal Echocardiography in Diagnosis of Postoperative Complications of Mechanical Prosthetic Mitral Valve

摘要 目的:探究经食管实时三维超声心动图(RT-3D-TEE)在诊断二尖瓣机械瓣术后并发症中的意义。方法:35例临床怀疑有二尖瓣机械瓣术后并发症的患者均经行经胸超声心动图(TTE)检查及行RT-3D-TEE检查,判断是否存在卡瓣及瓣周瘘(PVL)。结果:35例患者中,TTE发现卡瓣18例,瓣周瘘30例;RT-3D-TEE发现卡瓣18例,瓣周瘘33例。结论:RT-3D-TEE在发现诊断二尖瓣人工机械瓣术后并发症有重要意义,值得在临床中推广。 Objective:To explore the significance of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography(RT-3d-tee)in the diagnosis of postoperative complications of mechanical prosthetic mitral valve.Methods:Thirty-five patients with suspected complications after mitral valve operation were underwent transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)and RT-3D-TEE to determine the existence of stuck valve leaflet and perivalvular leakage.Results:In the 35 patients,there were 18 cases of stuck valve leaflet and 30 cases of perivalvular leakage by TTE,and 18 cases of stuck valve leaflet and 33 cases of perivalvular leakage by RT-3D-TEE.Conclusions:RT-3D-TEE is important in the diagnosis of postoperative complications of mechanical prosthetic mitral valve.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.RT-3D-TEE is of great significance in the diagnosis of postoperative complications of mitral valve prosthesis and is worth promoting in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
