细节护理在儿科护理中的应用价值探讨

Application Value of Detail Nursing in Pediatric Nursing

目的:探讨儿科患者护理过程中细节护理的临床应用效果。方法:将2015年10月~2016年10月收治的260例患儿为研究对象,根据入院时间不同分为实验组和对照组各130例,对照组给予儿科常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上加用细节护理。结果:与对照组相比实验组患儿住院时间、住院费用、护理纠纷发生率及患儿家长对护理满意度等均存在显著的优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科患者护理的过程中,细节护理在常规护理基础上的运用缩短了患儿的住院时间,降低了护理纠纷的发生率,提高了患儿家长对护理服务的满意度,取得了理想的效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of detail nursing in the process of providing nursing care for pediatric patients.Methods:Two hundred and sity children admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the time of admission with 130 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care in pediatrics.The experimental group was treated with detail nursing on the basis of the control group.The control group was given routine paediatric nursing,while the experimental group was given detail nursing on the basis of the control group.Results:Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,incidence of nursing disputes and parents'satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of paediatric patient nursing,the application of detail nursing on the basis of routine nursing shortens the hospitalization time of children,reduces the incidence of nursing disputes,and improves the satisfaction of parents of children with nursing services.It has achieved an ideal effect and is worthy of extensive clinical application.
