摘要 NK细胞免疫缺陷在肿瘤中表现多样、机制复杂。NK细胞免疫缺陷与急性白血病免疫逃逸关系密切。本文从NK细胞免疫缺陷的表现及发生原因角度探讨急性白血病免疫逃逸机制。 NK cell immunodeficiency has a variety of manifestations and complex mechanisms in the tumor.NK cell immune deficiency is closely related to immune escape of acute leukemia.This paper demonstrates the immunological escape mechanism of acute leukemia from NK cell immune deficiency manifestation and cause.
