核电厂调试人员知识储备的若干问题研究

核安全不仅是国家安全的一部分,同时也是核电正常发展的必要条件。文章结合核电厂调试现场工作经验,从基层工作人员的角度出发,以某核电厂二期工程调试过程为例,说明了知识储备对于核电厂调试安全的重要性,并通过分析人员知识储备不足的若干问题,提出细化培训、改进经验反馈机制等具体改进措施,以期加强核电厂调试工作的安全性。

Nuclear safety is not only a part of national security,but also a necessary condition for the normal development of nuclear power.In this paper,the importance of knowledge reserve for the commissioning safety of a nuclear power plant is illustrated by taking the commissioning process of a nuclear power plant phase II project as an example,from the perspective of the basic level workers袁and combined with the site experience of the commissioning of a nuclear power plant.Through analyzing some problems of insufficient knowledge reserve of personnel,the paper puts forward some concrete improvement measures such as detailed training,improving experience feedback mechanism and so on,in order to enhance the safety of the commissioning of nuclear power plants.
