摘要
一直以来,10千伏及以下配电网工程受项目多,类型繁杂,设计水平有限等诸多因素限制,评审的质量水平面临瓶颈。在结算阶段,配电网项目的节余率普遍很高。配电网项目的评审手段升级势在必行。
Distribution network engineering with 10 kV and below has been limited by many factors,such as many projects,complex types,limited design level and so on,and the quality level of the evaluation is faced with the bottleneck.During the settlement phase,the distribution network project had a generally high rate of savings.It is imperative to upgrade the evaluation means of distribution network projects.
