基于网络覆盖模型的通用航空飞行服务站布局方法研究

通用航空飞行服务站是专为通用航空飞行提供空中交通服务的保障机构,可为通用飞行提供飞行计划服务、气象服务等高效的空中交通服务。通航飞行服务站的合理布局在提高通用航空产业服务质量、促进我国通用航空发展方面起到至关重要的作用。文章分析通航飞行服务站建设的影响因素,建立通航飞行服务站网络覆盖模型,使用层次分析法对该模型下的布局进行总体评价,提出合理的飞行服务站布局方法。

The General Aviation Flying Service Station is a kind of air traffic service for general aviation flight,which can provide efficient air traffic services such as flight planning service,meteorological service and so on.The reasonable layout of navigation flying service station plays an important role in improving the service quality of general aviation industry and promoting the development of general aviation in China.This paper analyzes the influence factors of the construction of navigable Flying Service Station,establishes the network coverage model of the Navigation Flying Service Station,evaluates the layout under the model by using the Analytic hierarchy process,and puts forward a reasonable layout method of the Flying Service Station.
