刍议如何做好铁路工程现场管理

近年来,铁路工程现场管理日趋规范,质量、安全整体有序可控,但现场质量、安全问题屡屡出现,有些问题屡禁不止,究其原因,有参加单位自控体系运转问题,也有建设单位组织、监管问题。通过收集和整理工程实体、安全管理、行为管理方面存在的一些比较有针对性的问题,并简单分析了下背后存在的原因;最后从现场控制的"基础",即我们现场专业工程师的角度,提出了5点改进措施建议。

In recent years,railway engineering site management has become more and more standardized,the quality and safety of which have been controlled as a whole,but the problems of quality and safety in the field have frequently appeared,and some problems have been prohibited.The reason is that there are problems in the operation of the automatic control system of the partici鄄pating units.There are also problems in the organization and supervision of construction units.Through the collection and sorting of engineering entities,safety management,behavior management of some more targeted problems,a simple analysis of the reasons be鄄hind the existence is conducted.Finally,from the point of view of the"foundation"of field control,that is,our professional engineers on the spot,the paper puts forward five suggestions on improvement measures.
