摘要
目的:探讨流式细胞术检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的准确性。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月收治的恶性肿瘤患者36例为观察组,另选取同期就诊的非肿瘤患者36例为对照组,比较两组对象的外周血CD_3^+T细胞、CD_4^+T细胞及CD_8^+T细胞数量;利用流式细胞术对两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,判断该检测结果与临床诊断结果的符合率。结果:观察组患者的CD_3^+T细胞数量为(823.42±212.03)个/mm^3,低于对照组的(1 270.21±685.14)个/mm^3(t=2.786,P=0.008);观察组患者的CD_4^+T细胞数量为(424.06±235.02)个/mm^3,低于对照组的(750.98±367.56)个/mm^3(t=2.786,P=0.008);观察组患者的CD_8^+T细胞数量为(860.94±633.86)个/mm^3,高于对照组的(456.37±334.20)个/mm^3(t=2.525,P=0.016);观察组患者的CD_4^+/CD_8^+T细胞数比值为(0.51±0.29),低于对照组的(2.11±1.32)(t=5.295,P=0.000);流式细胞术对患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测结果的符合率为100.0%。结论:采用流式细胞术检测恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群准确性较高,能够为恶性肿瘤的临床诊断和治疗提供依据。
Objective:To analyze the accuracy of flow optometry in the detection of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets.Methods:36 cases of malignant tumor treated from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the experimental group of this study.36 non-tumor cases treated in the same period were selected as the control of this study group.The number of peripheral blood CD+3 T cells,CD+4 cells and CD+8 T cells were compared between the two groups.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were detected by flow optometry,with the detection rate and diagnose accordance rate analyzed.Results:The number of CD+3 cells and CD+4 cells in the experimental group were(823.42±212.03)and(424.06±235.02)respectively,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(1 270.21±685.14),(750.98±367.56).The number of CD+8 cells in the experimental group(860.94±633.86)was significantly higher than that in the control group(456.37±334.20)(t=2.525,P=0.016),and the CD+4/CD+8 ratio in the experimental group(0.51±0.29)was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.11±1.32)(t=5.295,P=0.000).Conclusion:Flow optometry in the detection of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets is of high accuracy.It can provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor.
