替罗非班对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血清炎性因子表达的影响

Effect of tirofiban on expression of serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的：探讨替罗非班对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血清炎性因子表达的影响。方法：选择冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者160例，随机分为观察组与对照组各80例，所有患者都给予介入治疗，在此基础上观察组术后即刻予负荷剂量盐酸替罗非班辅助治疗。结果：所有患者均介入成功；介入后7 d，两组的LVEF值均高于介入前，观察组介入后7 d的LVEF值高于对照组(P＜0.05)；介入后7 d观察组与对照组的CRP水平分别为（11.63±5.99）ng/L和（30.58±6.00）ng/L，低于介入前的（76.84±7.11）ng/L和（77.00±8.12）ng/L(P＜0.05)，介入后7 d观察组的CRP低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：替罗非班在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者介入治疗中的应用能促进心功能的改善，抑制炎性因子的释放，有很好的应用效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of tirofiban on the expression of serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:160 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.All patients received interventional therapy.On this basis,the control group received immediate loading dose of tirofiban hydrochloride after the operation.Results:All patients were successfully intervened.7 days after the intervention,the LVEF value of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the LVEF value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).7 days after the intervention,the CRP levels of the observation group and the control group were 11.63±5.99 ng/L and 30.58±6.00 ng/L,respectively,which were lower than 76.84±7.11 ng/L and 77.00±8.12 ng/L before the intervention(P<0.05).7 days after the intervention,the CRP of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tirofiban can improve the cardiac function and inhibit the release of inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.It has good application effect.
