前壁切除后局部打包加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗效

Effect of partial packing compression in the treatment of auricular pseudocyst after anterior wall resection

目的:探讨前壁切除后局部打包加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法:收集160例耳廓假性囊肿患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,观察组采用前壁切除后局部打包加压治疗,对照组采用常规手术方法治疗,比较两组治疗效果、疼痛变化以及治疗满意度。结果:观察组总治疗有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的86.2%(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前疼痛感评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度(90.0%)高于对照组(77.5%)(P<0.05)。结论:前壁切除后局部打包加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿具有治疗有效率高,患者术后疼痛感较低以及满意度较高等优势。

Objective:To investigate the effect of local packing compression in the treatment of auricular pseudocyst after anterior wall resection.Methods:160 patients with auricular pseudocyst were treated and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table,80 cases in each group.The study group was treated with local packing compression after anterior wall resection,while the control group was treated with conventional surgery.The treatment effect,pain change and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.5%,which was higher than 86.2%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 90.0%(72/80),and that of the control group was 77.5%(62/80),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Local packing compression in the treatment of auricular pseudocyst after anterior wall resection has the advantages of high treatment efficiency,low postoperative pain and higher satisfaction.
