恶性肿瘤患者联合检测凝血功能及FDP、D-二聚体对诊断的应用

Clinical analysis of combined detection of coagulation function,FDP and D-dimer in patients with malignant tumor

目的:探究凝血功能、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)、D-二聚体(D-D)的联合检测对恶性肿瘤的诊断意义。方法:择取100例患者为观察组,以同期接受体检的100例健康受检者为对照组,两组研究对象分别进行凝血功能、FDP、D-D的联合检测。结果:观察组凝血酶原时间(PT)、国际标准化比值、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原(FIB)的检测结果均高于对照组(P<0.05),各指标的阳性率也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测凝血功能、FDP与D-D对恶性肿瘤的诊断具有一定的帮助。

Objective:To investigate the significance of combined detection of coagulation function,fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)and D-dimer(D-D)in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.Methods:100 cases for the treatment of malignant tumor were selected as the study group and 100 cases of healthy subjects undergoing physical examination as the control group.Coagulation function,FDP and D-D were detected in the two groups.Results:The prothrombin time(PT),international normalized ratio,thrombin time,activated partial PT and fibrinogen(FIB)detection results of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the positive rate of each index in the study group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:By combined detection of coagulation function,FDP and D-D,effective identification of malignant tumors can be achieved.
