摘要 目的:探讨Flow-through股前外侧游离皮瓣修复下肢组织缺损的临床效果。方法:选取2015年2月至2017年2月期间收治的5例下肢组织缺损患者,行创面彻底清创和稳定有效的外固定架固定治疗,之后采用Flowthrough股前外侧游离皮瓣修复下肢组织缺损,创面缺损范围5 cm×8 cm^31 cm×14 cm。结果:本组患者5例皮瓣全部成活,其中1例发生感染,5例皮瓣均为一期愈合;患者术后随访2~21个月,平均随访12个月;4例皮瓣完全不臃肿,1例发生皮瓣臃肿,供区有瘢痕形成,功能无影响;患者肢体功能及外观均恢复满意。结论:Flow-through股前外侧游离皮瓣修复下肢组织缺损效果较好。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of flow-through femoral lateral flap for repairing lower limb tissue defect.Methods:From February 2015 to February2017,5 patients with lower limb tissue defect were treated with debridement and stable external fixation.Then,Flow-through anterolateral femoral skin flap was used to repair the lower limb tissue defect.The extent of the defect was 5cm×8 cm^31cm×14 cm.Results:5 cases of flap in this group all survived,of which 1 case presented with infection.In addition,5 cases of flaps were one-stage healing.Patients were followed up for 2 to 21 months and were followed up for an average of 12 months.4 cases of flap were not bloated completely,1 case of flap bloated.For the area with scar formation,the function was not affected.Patients'limb function and appearance were restored to satisfaction.Conclusion:Flow-through femoral front free flap is satisfactory for repairing lower limb tissue defect.
