A meta-analysis of relationship between FAS-1377 polymorphism and breast cancer

目的:探讨FAS-1377基因多态性与乳腺癌的关系。方法:计算机检索有关FAS-1377基因多态性与乳腺癌的病例-对照研究,采用STATA 13.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇病例-对照研究,Meta分析结果表明,FAS-1377基因多态性与乳腺癌易感性关系无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:FAS-1377基因多态性与乳腺癌易感性无关联。

Objective:To explore the relationship between FAS-1377 polymorphism and breast cancer.Methods:Electronic databases were searched for case-control studies about the relationship between FAS-1377 polymorphism and breast cancer.The meta-analysis was performed by using the STATA 13.0 software.Results:A total of 9 case-control studies were included.The Results showed that there was no significant difference between FAS-1377 polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to breast cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion:There was no significant relationship between FAS-1377 polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to breast cancer.
