小组心理护理干预对抑郁症患者个人和社会功能的作用

The role of group psychological nursing intervention in the individual and social function of patients with depression

目的:探讨和分析在抑郁症患者中,小组心理护理对个人和社会功能产生的影响。方法:将抑郁症患者120例,按入院顺序分A组和B组各60例,均实施传统护理,A组加用小组心理护理,计算患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、PSP评分、生活质量。结果:A组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于B组(P<0.05),两组自我照料评分、扰乱和攻击行为评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组个人关系以及社会关系评分、社会中有益活动评分以及认知功能评分、社会功能评分、情绪功能评分、躯体功能评分、角色功能评分均高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:在抑郁症患者中,小组心理护理可提高患者生活质量,改善抑郁、焦虑等情绪,提高个人和社会功能。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of group psychological nursing on individual and social function in depressed patients.Methods:120 cases of patients with depression were selected as the subjects and divided into group B and group A according to the admission order,with 60 cases in each group.All patients carried out traditional nursing,and group A was added with psychological nursing.The anxiety score,depression score,PSP score and quality of life of the patients were summarized.Results:The anxiety score and depression score of group B were higher than those of group A(P<0.05).There were no statistical significances in the scores of self-care,disturbance and attack behavior between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of personal relationship,beneficial activity in society,cognitive function,social function,emotional function,somatic function and role function in group B were lower than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with depression,group psychological nursing can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the mood of depression and anxiety,and improve personal and social functions.
