摘要
通过对当前高职院校学习质量评价的抽样调查,了解当前学习质量评价现状,提出多元化、综合性评价方式改革方案:解放"知识本位"传统评价思想,以开放性多元式评价原则,根据职业教育专业培养目标和课程性质,以业务素质为核心,以知识技能为基础,构建不同评价主体和不同方式,融合学习过程中的各种行为和表现,兼顾学生的自身发展与个性发展,综合全面的学习质量评价体系;同时做好学习评价监控,及时反馈评价结果。
On the basis of the sample survey of the learning quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges,this paper figures out its current situation.Therefore,the paper proposes a diversified and comprehensive reform plan for evaluation method.To be specific,the traditional"knowledge-oriented"evaluation should be emancipated.And the reform should be based on the principle of diversified evaluation,the vocational education's training objectives,and the course's characteristics.Moreover,taking professional quality as the core,and knowledge and skill as the base,the reform shall help establish different evaluation subjects and methods.Besides,it is also imperative to integrate various behaviours and performances during the learning process,and gives consideration to the individual and their personalized development,so as to build a comprehensive learning quality evaluation system.At the same time,the reform monitors learning evaluation and timely provides evaluation results as feedback.
