现代学徒制背景下“职教梦”指导校园文化建设的研究

Study on the Construction of Campus Culture Guided by “Vocational Education Dream” under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

校园文化是大学生思想政治教育的主要阵地,"中国梦"的宣传教育、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、"职教梦"的逐步实现离不开校园文化这个载体。本文结合现代学徒制的特点,分析和总结目前高职院校校园文化育人方面存在的问题,探索优秀产业文化进教育、企业文化进校园、职业文化进课堂的具体方法和措施,强化"职教梦"的引领作用,突显校企文化在不同阶段的育人功能,实现学生到学徒、学徒到员工的良好过渡。

Campus culture is the major place for college students'ideological and political education.Besides,the publicity and education of"Chinese Dream",the cultivation and practice of Core Socialist Values and the realization of the"vocational education dream"are inseparable from campus culture.Combining with the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,the paper analyses the existing educational problems of campus culture in higher vocational colleges.In addition,it explores the specific methods which attract excellent industrial culture into education,enterprise culture into the campus and vocational culture into the classroom.Specifically,these methods strengthen the leading role of"vocational education dream"and highlight the educational function of enterprise culture in different stages in order to achieve an excellent transition from students to apprentices as well as apprentices to staff.
