摘要
文章以高校公益志愿社团组织参与助残为切入点,通过分析其助残的现状,指出存在的主要问题,并提出培育助残意识、强化自身建设、创新助残方式、完善保障机制等对策建议。
On the basis of the organization and participation of voluntary organizations'activities in colleges and universities which aim to assist the physically challenged,this paper points out the main existing problems through the analysis of its current status.In addition,it offers suggestions including cultivating the awareness of aiding the physically challenged,reinforcing self-construction,innovating the ways of assisting physically challenged,and improving safeguard mechanism etc.
