On the Concept and Method of Curriculum Development in Colleges and Universities

摘要 课程建设一直以来都是高校提高教学质量的着力点,是形成特色办学的基础,同时也是教学改革的突破口,因此不少学校在这方面都给予了较大的投入,也取得了一定的成绩。但由于缺乏完善的理论体系与统一的管理规范,课程建设中存在着思路混乱等问题,如何走出当前困境和思维模式是关键。文章从系统化思维、体制化思维、激励化思维和平台化思维四个方面给予了课程建设思维模式的探讨,并基于这这些思维模式给出了一个基本的课程建设框架。 Curriculum development has always been the focus on improving the teaching quality in colleges and universities and it is also the foundation of characterized education as well as the key of the teaching reform.Therefore,a number of colleges or universities have invested much in it and have made achievements as well.However,due to the lack of a perfect theoretical system and a unified management standard,there are still some problems such as concept confusion in the curriculum development.The concept models are the keys to solve these problems.The paper talks about the concept model of curriculum development from four aspects involving systematic thinking,Institutionalization thinking,motivating thinking and platform-based thinking.It provides a basic framework of curriculum development on the basis of these concept models.
