事业单位档案管理的质量保障体系建设探析

我国正处于全面建设小康社会的决胜阶段,中国特色社会主义也进入了新时期的关键阶段。为此,事业单位要做好档案的管理质量,牢记使命,不忘初心,为全面建设小康社会做好保障性工作。本文旨在从事业单位档案管理工作的档案管理质量的主观认识程度不够、档案管理制度还不健全、档案管理工作的信息化建设迟缓和档案管理工作的资金保障力度仍然不足等四方面问题出发,并提出完善事业单位档案管理质量保障体系相应的对策,进而完善事业单位档案管理工作。

China is at the decisive stage of building a well off society in all respects,and the Chinese characteristic socialism arrives at a crucial phase.Therefore,all public institutions need to guarantee the archives management quality and do well in safeguarding the construction of a well off society in all respects.In accordance with the problems of insufficient awareness of archives management quality,unsound archives management system,slow informatization construction,and inadequate financial security efforts of archives management,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the quality assurance system of archives management in public institutions and improve their archives management work.
