Study on the Rule of Law in Ancient China Based on the Unification of Morality and Law

依法治国和以德治国是古代中国社会治理中两种不同的治理方式,是中国古代法治的主要特色,两者之间不是冲突关系,而是相互依赖的共生、共存、共通关系。本文对中国古代法治治理思想演变进行分析,并提出了德法合一的古代中国国家治理精髓,同时对古代中国社会"德法合一"的内涵和时代精神进行了解释。

The unification of morality and law is two different ways of governance in ancient China.They are the main characteristics of the ancient Chinese legal system.They do not conflict with each other,but hold an interdependent,coexistent and common relationship.This paper analyzes the evolution of the rule of law in ancient China,and puts forward the essence of the governance of ancient China:unification of morality and law.At the same time,it explains the connotation and the spirit of times of the"unification of morality and law"in ancient China.
