燃用准东煤电站锅炉炉膛热负荷的选取研究

Study on Selection of Furnace Heat Release Rates of Power Plant Boiler Fired with Zhundong Coal

简要介绍了煤质预判的指标以及锅炉炉膛热负荷参数的选取原则。根据燃用准东煤电站锅炉的热负荷参数,并结合非强沾污煤质锅炉炉膛热力参数的经验公式,研究了燃用准东煤电站锅炉炉膛截面热负荷和燃烧器壁面热负荷经验公式。研究结果为燃用强沾污和结渣准东煤电站锅炉的热负荷设计提供了参考。

It is introduced the guidelines to prejudge the coal characteristics and the principle of boiler furnace heat release rate design.According to furnace heat release rates of the power plant boilers fired with Zhundong coal,combining with the empirical formula of the boiler furnace heat release rate with non-strong fouling coal,the empirical formula of the furnace cross section heat release rate and burner zone heat release rate are studied for the power plant boilers fired with Zhundong coal.The study of this paper provides a reference basis for the power plant boiler furnace heat release rate design with strong fouling and slagging Zhundong coal.
