摘要 基于江苏省智能航运信息综合服务(船联网)平台建设,为满足内河运输船舶远程装载量监测及营运能效分析需求,采用吃水传感器探测船舶吃水,同时结合数据采集电路等硬件设计,以及数据滤波算法、装载量计算、传感器安装方案等关键技术研究,研发了内河船舶装载量远程监测系统,实现了实时采集船舶装载量和横倾、纵倾状态数据,并可与现有船舶远程能耗监测系统单独或合并应用,更准确地考核船舶营运效益,为提升船舶的能效设计指数(EEDI)和能效营运指数(EEOI)提供参考。 Based on jiangsu province comprehensive service network(ship)platform construction,to meet the requirements of remote loading capacity monitoring of transport ships in inland water and operation analysis of energy efficiency,with sensor detection for ship draft,the data acquisition circuit,other hardware design,data filtering algorithm,the load calculation,and the key technologies of sensor installation,the paper presents a remote monitoring system for ship load of inland river,realizes the real-time acquisition of ship loading capacity and heeling,trim status data.The system can be running alone or combined with the energy consumption of the existing ship remote monitoring system with more accurate assessment of vessel operating efficiency,so as to promote the efficiency of ship design(EEDI)and operation of energy efficiency index(EEOI).
