摘要 对于大功率快速响应逆变电源,逆变器的输出响应时间延迟已经严重影响了电源系统的快速性和稳定性。文中详细分析了对称规则采样数字PWM和单极性倍频PWM所引起的逆变器响应时间延迟,并定量得出了时间延迟的变化范围。针对该问题为逆变器电源系统设计了一个基于多次采样延时数据更新方法的控制器,提高了系统的采样频率和数据更新频率,改善逆变器响应时间延迟。最后,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和实用性,并且输出响应时间延迟能够从406μs降低到84μs。 For high power and fast response inverter,the influence caused by response delay on rapidity and stability of power supply system is serious.In this paper,inverter response delay caused by symmetrical rules sampling PWM and single polarity PWM is amply analyzed and the range of change is quantitatively determined.In order to increase frequency of sampling and data updating and improve inverter response time delay,a controller based on multiple sampling&tardive updating methods is designed,and an improved digital PWM is made.Finally,experimental results demonstrate that theoretical analysis method is correct and practical and the inverter response delay is decreased from 406μs to 84μs.
