摘要
针对电子烟气溶胶的检测手段多存在非在线、非定量测量的问题,提出基于朗伯-比尔定律的测量方法。首先,搭建样机系统进行光透射法原理分析;其次,采用高精度电子秤称重校准确定光透射消光系数;再后,根据消光系数计算气溶胶浓度,实现定量化,开发了一台电子烟烟雾测量工程样机。实验结果表明,该工程样机能同时实现实时在线、定量测量的功能,且根据光强理论所得浓度与实际称得浓度相对误差小于10%,解决了电子烟气溶胶定量化测量的难题。
To solve the problem of non-online and non-quantitative measurement of electronic smoke aerosol,a Lambert-Beer's law-based measurement method is proposed.First of all,the prototype system is built for light transmission analysis.Then,high-precision electronic scale weighing calibration is used to determine the light transmission extinction coefficient.Finally,the aerosol concentration is calculated to achieve quantification,according to the extinction coefficient.An electronic cigarette smoke measurement engineering prototype is developed.The experimental results show that the prototype can simultaneously realize real-time online and quantitative measurement.And the relative error between the concentration obtained from the light intensity theory and the actual value is less than 10%,which solves the problem of quantitative measurement of aerosol.
