摘要
车门垂直刚度是车门各项性能中最重要的指标。针对某轻型车后门总成设计,通过试验与力学模型计算相结合的方法,分析对标车车门及铰链垂直刚度。基于行业标准及有限元仿真分析,进行某轻型车后门铰链、铰链加强板、后门钣金结构的优化设计,同时提出了车门结构设计与优化的方法,并通过台架试验进行了验证。试验结果表明,后门总成垂直刚度明显提高,满足设计要求。
The vertical stiffness is the most important performance index of the car door.Aiming at the design of the back door assembly for a light vehicle,the vertical rigidity of the pillar-hinge-door system of the vehicle was analyzed using the combination of the experimental test and a mechanics model.Then,based on the industry standards and the finite element simulation analysis,the door hinge and the hinge pillar were strengthened.The design and optimization of the door structure were put forward and verified through the bench test.The results show that the vertical stiffness of the back door assembly is obviously improved to meet the design requirements.
