摘要
根据热力学基础定理,采用离散化的数据处理方法,推导了基于电机稳态参数计算电驱动变速器中电机动态温升的数学模型,并根据该数学模型,编写Matlab程序,通过对比理论数据和实际数据,证明了理论模型所计算的数据在趋势上的正确性。分析模型中各个变量,总结各个变量对温升仿真结果准确性的影响。该方法理论上普遍适用于其它需分析电机热害的场合。
Integrating the E-motor with transmissions on structural,control and cooling aspects is one of development trends of hybrid vehicle technology.In order to reduce the cost,the temperature variation under the dynamic working condition was evaluated based on the steady state data.According the thermal theorem,the paper deduced the thermal mathematical model for the E-motor in electric vehicle transmissions by using the steady state output parameters.Matlab simulationof the discrete thermal model was conducted,the temperature rise of E-motor in a specific drive circle was calculated and the validity of trend analysis of the model was proved.The impact of each parameter on temperature rise was summarized.This proposed method is also applicable to other E-motor inner heat damage analysis as it is based on fundamental thermodynamics.
