摘要
根据电动汽车驱动电机在使用过程中失效的主要原因是绝缘失效这一特点,通过测试电机在国标工况下环境温度和冷却温度与温升的变化情况,采用绝缘老化数学模型加以推导变化,得到基于温升的一种电机绝缘老化模型。利用此模型在确定电机目标老化时间和老化系数的情况下,可以计算得到加速老化试验中需要的环境温度和冷却温度,为加速老化试验提供参数依据。
The malfunction of insulation material is the major cause of the traction motor failure for EVs in practical operation.Based on measurements of ambient temperature and cooling temperature of EV windings under test conditions defined by China national standards,an insulation ageing model was adopted to deduce a motor aging model using the data of temperature rise.With the given values of the motor aging time and accelerated aging factor,this proposed model can be used to calculate the required ambient temperature and cooling temperature in the accelerated aging tests,providing reasonable test parameters.
