摘要
对乘用车手动变速器换挡二次冲击改善策略进行了研究,分析了二次冲击产生的机理和根本原因,提出了将同步器中的齿套和接合齿设计成非对称齿结构和优化换挡系统刚度的改善策略,并通过理论分析和试验验证了非对称齿结构和换挡系统刚度优化对改善动态二次冲击的有效性,为动态换挡二次冲击改善策略提供理论依据和试验支撑。
The improvement strategy to minimize the shift double bump for manual transmission of passenger cars was studied.The mechanism and primary cause of double bump were analyzed and the paper proposed an asymmetric structure for the gear sleeve and joint teeth of the synchronizer and optimized the stiffness of gear shift system.The reduction of double bump was verified by theoretical analysis and testing.Therefore the paper provided a theoretical basis and experimental support for the improvement strategy of double bump.
