摘要
转向系统是车辆底盘的重要组成部分,为解决转向系统制动抖动问题,对转向管柱进行中空的轻量化设计以及变截面设计,且变截面的方向为向方向盘方向截面逐渐减小,以此来减少悬架梁结构的质量分布;此外,在方向盘骨架上布置减振块,能够吸收方向盘的垂向振动和横向振动。
The steering system is an important part of the vehicle chassis.In order to solve the problem of braking jitter in steering system,this paper presents a scheme of variable weight design and variable cross-section design for steering column,and the direction of the variable cross-section is gradually reduced toward the direction of the steering wheel,so as to reduce the mass distribution of the suspension beam structure.In addition,a vibration block is arranged on the steering wheel to absorb the vertical vibration and lateral vibration of the steering wheel.
