摘要
当前,幼儿园户外体育区域活动日益受到重视,但是鲜少有学者对常规管理进行研究。文章针对幼儿园户外体育区域活动常规管理中存在的一些问题,如对常规的制定方式以教师为主,常规管理的内容不全面,教师对常规管理目的的认识有所偏差,常规管理的方式以教师高控为主等提出一些建议。意在改进户外体育区域活动开展的质量情况,增加教师对常规管理的认识,进而改善常规管理的模式。
At present,kindergarten outdoor sport regional activities are increasingly valued,but few scholars have studied the routine management.In view of the problems existing in the routine management of kindergarten outdoor sport regional activities,such as the teacher-based approach,the general incomplete content,teachers'misunderstanding of the purpose of routine management,the way of routine management based on teachers'high control,this paper provides suggestions to improve the quality of outdoor sports activities,enhance teachers'awareness of routine management,and improve the pattern of routine management.
