摘要
高职高专院校以就业为导向,培养技能型人才,但学生文化基础相对薄弱,因此在课堂教学过程中,教师要发挥言语评价对增强学生学习动机的重要作用。从高职高专课堂教学言语评价现状出发,指出高职高专教师在语言评价方面存在教师对评价对象的认识偏差、评价方式不恰当、缺乏准确性以及学生对评价本身认知不足等问题,并对教师课堂言语评价提出相关的改进建议。
Vocational schools train technical students by training employment as the orientation,but the students’cultural foundation is relatively weak.So in the course of classroom teaching,teachers’classroom speech evaluation is of great significance to enhance students’leaning motivation.This paper starts from the current situation of classroom teaching verbal evaluation in vocational schools,and finds that teacher in vocational schools have a cognitive bias in evaluation object,improper evaluation method and lack of precision and students are not aware of the evaluation.This article will give some suggestions to improve it.Teachers should be specific and appropriate in classroom evaluation,meanwhile focus on the interpretation of the outcomes.The teachers’verbal evaluation should be stimulation,and give teachers some suggestion on classroom evaluation.
