法国教师教育高等学院的职能及其运行机制研究

法国教师教育高等学院(ESPE)是从2013年开始在法国各学区设立的统一专门培养和培训教师的机构,主要职能是培养、培训从幼儿园到高中所有层次的各类教师和开展教育教学研究。ESPE实行理事会领导下的院长负责制,主要负责遴选师范生,为师范生提供教师专业化培训,组织教师招聘考试和授予学生"教学、教育与培训"硕士学位等工作。ESPE作为以教师培养和培训一体化以及教师教育专业化为理念创设的新教师教育机构,对我国具有重要借鉴意义。

Higher Schools for Teacher Education(ESPE)has been established in every districts in France,which are the unified and especial agencies for educating and training teachers Since 2013.Its main function is to educate and train all teachers from kindergarten to high school and to conduct the research on education and teacher education.ESPE is led by the President under the leadership of the board,which mainly selects teacher candidate students,educates and trains teacher candidate students,organizes teacher recruitment exam and award teaching,education and training master degree to students.The ideas of teachers’pre service training in university,master degree for teacher qualification,integration between teacher education and teacher training and teacher education professionalization in France has much significance to the reform of teacher education institution in China.
