我国高职院校发展战略规划编制的问题与对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Development Strategy Planning Compilation of Higher Vocational Colleges in China

科学的战略规划,是指导高职院校可持续发展的重要因素。通过分析研究各级政府颁布的相关文件和对典型院校进行调查,提出了我国建筑类高职院校需要面对社会实际、面向市场需求的办学原则。通过分析目前我国高职院校战略规划存在的诸多问题,提出合理化的规划改革建议。认为高职院校需尽快调整发展战略规划,加快机构体制改革,提高战略发展规划工作的科学性和实效性,以促进我国各类高职院校的改革发展。

The scientific strategic planning is an important factor to guide the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. By analyzing the documents issued by the governments at all levels and investigating the typical colleges and universities, it puts forward the principles of running a school in China which needs to face the social reality and market demand. By analyzing the existing problems in the strategic planning of higher vocational colleges, it also puts forward some rational suggestions of planning reform. In order to promote the reform and development of higher vocational colleges, they need to adjust the development strategic planning as soon as possible, then to accelerate reform of the institution system, improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of strategic development planning work.
