In studying the course system of animal food hygiene,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the traditional teaching mode,rationally distributes the course teaching and practice structure,reforms the teaching mode,diversifies the teaching methods and optimizes the reorganization of examination system,to get better results of the teaching.
