高校学困生成因及帮扶对策探索

On the Causes and Support Countermeasures for Students with Learning Difficulties in Colleges and Universities

学困生是高等教育发展过程中日益突出的问题,已经成为影响高等院校教育教学、人才培养及大学生自身发展的一个普遍性的难题。笔者从冶金教育工作者的视角出发,概括介绍了大学学困生的基本概念及特点,对学困生进行了分类并对各类学困生的成因及特点进行分析,针对不同类型的学困生的帮扶给出一些建议,以期为冶金专业教育教学和大学生管理提供参考。

The problems of students with learning difficulties have become more and more serious in the development of higher education.This problem has become a universal difficult problem that affect education,cultivation of talents and the self-development of students in colleges and universities.This paper introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of students with learning difficulties,classifies the students with learning difficulties,analyzes their causes and characteristics,and proposes the support countermeasures for different types of students with learning difficulties in metallurgical engineering major,in order to provide references for courses teaching and student management of metallurgical engineering.
