基层党员是直接与人民群众接触的,他们的一言一行都代表着中国共产党的形象。习近平总书记曾经说过,理想信念是党员的精神之"钙",所以党员的理想信念教育至关重要,尤其是基层党员的理想信念教育。在邢台市临西县的东留善堌村的党员理想信念教育做的就比较到位,尤其是在为人民服务这方面尤为突出,这在很大程度上与当地的吕玉兰精神的传承有关。正因为玉兰精神在这里形成、传承、生根发芽,这里的党员理想信念也比较坚定。
