创新生态系统视角下安徽省区域创新能力评价

Evaluation of regional innovation ability of Anhui province from the perspective of innovative ecosystem

区域创新能力是衡量地区竞争力的重要因素,而创新生态系统则是创新理论演化的最新范式。创新生态系统视角下区域创新能力评价可从创新群落和创新环境下属的四个子系统入手,从已有成熟指标体系中选取评价各子系统的具体指标。选用2015年数据对该视角下安徽省各地区创新的各个子系统和区域综合创新能力进行排序,在此基础上以因子综合得分、子系统因子得分和原始数据为变量对安徽省各地区创新能力进行聚类,可分成创新示范区、创新领先区、创新潜力区、创新待开发区和创新落后区五个类别。

Regional innovation ability is an important factor to measure regional competitiveness,and innovation ecosystem is the latest paradigm of the evolution of innovation theory.Evaluation of regional innovation ability from the perspective of innovation ecosystem can start from the four subsystems of innovation community and innovation environment,and select the specific indexes of evaluation subsystems from the existing mature index system.Based on the data of 2015,the subsystems and regional innovation ability of each region in Anhui province were ranked.Based on the factor comprehensive score,the subsystem factor score and the original data were used as variables to innovate each region in Anhui province.Through clustering,we've got can be divided into five categories:innovative demonstration area,innovation leading area,innovation potential area,innovation to be developed area,and innovation backward area.
