摘要
基于系统论视角,加强"双师型"高职教师队伍建设,必须从目标链、制度链、体系链、方法链等方面加强顶层设计,做到教学技能与职业技能同时并举,强化职称评审与绩效考评两种制度设置的导向作用,积极构建职前、入职、职后三位一体的培训体系,坚持培训形式多样化,努力做到"四个结合"。
From the viewpoint of system theory,to intensify team construction of“dual-certificated”higher vocational teachers,it is a must to enhance top-down design on such aspects as Object-chain,System-chain,Regulation-chain and Method-chain and get teaching skills and vocational skills developed simultaneously;the guiding role of erecting the two systems of Professional Title Evaluation and Performance Appraisal shall be intensified;the three-in-one system for pre-occupation training,inductive education and post-occupation training shall be proactively constructed;diversification of training forms shall be insisted and“Four Combinations”shall be realized with endeavor.
