Presently,graduates of junior colleges and regular universities cannot satisfy enterprises’need for high-end technology&skills-oriented talents,and those application-oriented talents of regular universities under joint cultivation programs of“junior college-regular university-enterprise”integrating superior resources are more suitable for the needs of social development.The joint cultivation mode of“junior college-regular university-enterprise”for application-oriented university talents insists on the ideology of“teaching-production combination and collaborative cultivation”,carries out teaching activities,construction of teachers’team and quality appraisal and management system with joint consultation and cooperation of the three parties:junior college,regular university and enterprise.
