摘要
建设一支理论扎实、技能过硬、结构合理、数量充足的师资队伍,是提高职业院校教学水平的必备条件,也是实现"双师型"师资力量的必经之路。进一步探索职校教师赴企业挂职的对策,需要从挂职制度的常态性、考核评价的发展性、保障激励的全面性、产学研一体性等方面,来探讨实用性师资队伍建设的有效途径。
Constructing a teachers’team having solid theoretical foundations,competent technique and skills,reasonable structure and sufficient amount is a necessary condition to enhance teaching level of vocational schools and an only pathway to realize teaching force of“Dual-certificated Teacher”.To further explore measures on teachers of vocational schools to take temporary posts in enterprises,it is needed to discuss the effective pathway to construct a practicable teachers’team on such aspects as normality of temporary-post taking,deve-lopment of examination and evaluation,comprehensiveness of security and incentive,and integration of production-study-research.
