大学生人力资本与社会资本的主客观差异及其对就业意向的影响

Differences Between Subjective and Objective Views on Human Capital and Social Capital of College Students and the Influence on Their Intentions to Employment

从主观和客观两个角度,对大学生的人力资本与社会资本进行分析,发现大学生对人力资本与社会资本的主观感受与客观的实际情况并不完全一致,尤其是大学生普遍忽视健康人力资本,对于身体健康的认知存在较大误差。总体上,大学生对社会资本的主观认知误差大于人力资本。在大学生就业意向方面,人力资本、社会资本起到的抑制作用大于促进作用,人力资本的客观指标对大学生就业的影响更强,社会资本主客观指标各有侧重,家庭经济的主观指标、家庭社会地位的客观指标影响更强。

Analysis has been done on both human capital and social capital of college students from two viewing points,subjective and objective,and it has been found that college students have subjective perception of human capital and social capital not completely the same as actual situation,especially,they generally ignore human capital of health and bear quite large error on the aspect of cognition of physical health.In general,college students have error on the aspect of subjective perception of social capital,which is larger than that of social capital.On the aspect of employment intention of college students,it has been found that the inhibiting effect brought about by human capital and social capital is larger than the promoting effect.The objective indices of human capital have stronger influence on employment of college students,the subjective and objective indices of social capital have their own focuses,and the subjective indices of family economy and the objective indices of social status of family have stronger influences.
