摘要
目的:研究药用植物大红袍(Radix Campylotropidis Hirtellae)的β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制活性,为从天然产物中寻找新型抗疟药物奠定基础。方法:采用β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制实验对大红袍的粗提物、分离部位及单体化合物进行活性测试,以抑制率和IC_(50)值来评价其潜在的抗疟活性;利用柱色谱和波谱技术对活性部位成分进行分离和结构鉴定。结果:大红袍粗提物及各萃取部位均具有较好的β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制活性,但目前从活性部位分离得到的3个单体化合物,仅化合物1显示微弱的抑制活性。结论:大红袍粗提物及各萃取部位均具有较好的β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制活性,但其中的活性成分有待进一步研究。
Objective:To studyβ-hematin formation inhibition activity of Radix Campylotropidis Hirtellae for finding new effective antimalarial medicines.Methods:The crude extract,fractions and compounds from the plant were screened for antimalarial activities byβ-hematin formation inhibition assay,and the results were expressed as inhibition rate and IC50 values.The compounds were obtained by column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data.Results:The crude extract and solvent fractions showed significantβ-hematin formation inhibition activities,while only the compound 1 showed weak activity.Conclusion:The crude extract and solvent fractions showed significantβ-hematin formation inhibition activities.However,the active constituents from this plant needs a deeper research as well.
