银屑病、慢性荨麻疹、湿疹与食物不耐受的相关性研究

目的分析银屑病、慢性荨麻疹、湿疹患者血清中食物不耐受IgG抗体水平变化,探讨银屑病、慢性荨麻疹、湿疹与食物不耐受的相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测4组患者血清中食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体水平,并进行不同疾病、不同年龄、不同性别间各种食物IgG阳性率的比较。结果 46例湿疹患者血清食物IgG抗体阳性率97.8%,25例慢性荨麻疹患者IgG抗体阳性率80.0%,30例银屑病患者血清食物IgG抗体阳性率63.3%,27例对照组中检出血清食物IgG抗体阳性率37.0%。3组疾病及对照组间男女比较均无统计学意义。14种食物中,湿疹患者以虾58.7%(27/46)、蛋黄/蛋清56.5%(26/46)、螃蟹50.0%(23/46)阳性率最高,慢性荨麻疹患者以虾52.0%(13/25)、蛋清/蛋黄48.0%(12/25)阳性率最高,银屑病患者以鳕鱼36.7%(11/30)、大豆30.0%(9/30)、虾26.7%(8/30)阳性率最高。慢性荨麻疹患者3组间年龄比较无差异。湿疹、银屑病患者3组间年龄比较有差异。结论食物不耐受IgG检测对湿疹、银屑病、慢性荨麻疹的诱因、病因及治疗有重要意义,能帮助临床医生指导患者正确饮食。

Objective To discuss the relationship of food intolerance with psoriasis,chronic urticaria and eczema.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was adopted to detect the level of serum specificity IgG of four groups,and made a comparison in term of food positive rates among different diseases,age and gender.Results The positive rate of serum specificity IgG in 46 patients with eczema was 97.8%,in 25 patients with chronic urticaria was 80.0%,in 30 patients with psoriasis was 63.3%.There were no statistical significances between men and women in three groups of disease and the control group.The positive rates of shrimps 58.7%(27/46),egg yolks/egg white 56.5%(26/46),crab 50.0%(23/46)were higher in eczema patients.The positive rates of shrimp 52.0%(13/25),egg white/egg yolks 48.0%(12/25)were higher in chronic urticaria patients.The positive rates of cod 36.7%(11/30),soybeans 30.0%(9/30),shrimps 26.7%(8/30)were higher in psoriasis patients.There were no statistical significances among the three groups of age in chronic urticaria.Conclusion The detection of food intolerance IgG play a significant role in the aspect of cause and treatment for eczema,psoriasis,chronic urticaria patients,which can help clinical doctors guide patients on the right diet.
